A west Michigan man, David Werking from Grand Haven, sued his parents for throwing away his porn collection.

U.S. District Judge Paul Maloney in Kalamazoo ruled in the son's favor after calling the collection “a trove of pornography and an array of sex toys.”

David Werking contends damages are around $25,000.

The son's attorney, Miles Greengard, says the case wasn’t just about a dirty magazines.

“This was a collection of often irreplaceable items and property,” Greengard said.

The 42 year old man had moved back into his parents' house in 2016 after a divorce. The next summer he moved to Muncie, Indiana.

Werking was expecting his parents to ship him his 12 boxes of porno and adult toys, but they threw them out instead.
